We offer flexible service contracts – weekly, bi-weekly, annual, or winter-only visits – depending on your pool type and the level of support you want. Typically, outdoor pools and spas need weekly care, while indoor pools are fine with bi-weekly maintenance.
What's Included in Our Weekly / Bi-Weekly Pool Care:
- Remove leaves and debris from your pool
- Vacuum the pool floor (as needed)
- Empty skimmer and filter baskets
- Backwash media filters
- Test & balance water chemistry using advanced Photometers
- Leave a detailed water condition report in your plant room
- Inspect pool equipment for any issues and report back
Maintenance Contracts
Annual Pool Maintenance Contracts Cover:
- Spring recommissioning (April/May)
- Weekly or fortnightly visits until the end of the season
- Winterising your pool before the cold weather hits
- 4× winter service visits (check water chemistry, levels, and filter system operation)
- Supply of all chemicals
- Annual pool boiler service
Each Winter Visit Includes:
- Check & adjust water level
- Remove leaves and debris
- Test & balance water chemistry
