Kevin Dack MISPE
Managing Director / Chairman
Kevin joined Fowlers in 1984 as an apprentice plumber. Having recently celebrated 40 years in the industry, he is now running the company as Managing Director, bringing decades of hands-on experience, deep institutional knowledge, and a continued commitment to the firm's core values and craftsmanship.
When Kevin is not working, you might find him on the terraces supporting his favourite football team, BHA, or enjoying the tranquillity of a day's fishing.
Mel Wegg
Director / Company Secretary
Mel started at Fowlers in 1999 as an office junior and has steadily worked her way up through the company, earning her place as a Director and Company Secretary through dedication, professionalism, and her ability to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
When not running the office, Mel enjoys attending gigs or re-watching her favourite programme, Friends!
Geoff Nunn MISPE
Service and Maintenance Director
Geoff joined Fowlers in 2022 after serving almost 10 years as the Sales Centre Manager for one of Europe's biggest pool and spa distributors. Since taking over the Service and Maintenance department, Geoff has successfully led its growth and development, ensuring a high standard of customer care and efficient operations.
In his free time, Geoff likes mountain biking, go-karting, and quality family time. He also accepts that he is an AFOL-if you know, you know!
Max Wilson MISPE
Contract Director
Max started at Fowlers in 2007 on a plumbing apprenticeship. Over the years, he has successfully overseen a wide range of new-build projects from the ground up, with many resulting in award-winning luxury swimming pools that showcase the company's commitment to excellence in design, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction.
When he's not working, Max enjoys spending time with family and friends – and grills a mean BBQ!
