Our pool maintenance service contracts can include weekly, bi-weekly, annual or winter visits, which vary according to the type of pool and level of support required. Outdoor swimming pools and spas generally need weekly attention while indoor pools may only need bi-weekly maintenance.
Weekly/bi-weekly visit to include:
- De-leaf swimming pool as applicable
- Vacuum pool as applicable
- Clean of skimmer baskets
- Clean of filter baskets
- Backwash of sand filter
- Test and adjust pool water chemistry - (We use the latest Photometers, not dip & compare kits)
- Leave report card of water condition in plant room
- Check plant room/pool equipment for any defects and report as needed
Annual Contract to include:
- 1 x Recommission of swimming pool April/May
- Followed by weekly/fortnightly service visits until end September
- 1 x Winterise of swimming pool
- 4 x Winter service visits (to check water chemistry, water levels and mechanical operation of filter system
- Supply of all chemicals
- 1 x Annual service of swimming pool boiler
Each winter visit to include:
- Check and adjust pool water level
- De-leaf pool as applicable
- Test and adjust pool water chemistry
