 We christened the pool yesterday evening, and I must say, we're absolutely thrilled. It was a very special moment watching six kids splashing around and having a blast. 

 I have been away for a couple of months and on return as the weather is so fine at the moment decided to get the pool ready for the season. It is seven years since the pool was built and the condition is fantastic. Of particular note is the condition of the tiling which still looks as good as new. Your back up service team have been great on the few occasions they have been required. The only real problem was the need to replace the Ocea pool cover because the slats were made of faulty material supplied to you. You kindly replaced the cover free of charge absorbing the fitting costs. The performance of the current cover is excellent and ensures a reasonable water temperature without the need to use the boiler more than two to three weeks in the season. We are looking forward once again to seeing the grandchildren and their friends enjoying the pool. Many thanks for supplying such an excellent pool.  

 The Fowlers' team worked through the coldest winter for years to ensure that our pool was ready for the Summer. Once completed, our pool looked amazing. We are delighted with the roller cover, which looks neat and tidy and retains the heat. 
